Welcome to Lake Seminole

The Northeast part of Lake Seminole is located in Southwest Georgia and bordered by three States Alabama, Florida, and Georgia. It is formed by two major rivers, Flint river and Chattahoochee river and one creek, known as Spring Creek. It is one of the top bass fishing lakes in the Southeastern United States. There is an abundance of wildlife associated with the lake. There's an enormous population of alligators some in excess of thirteen feet in length and weighing well over 700 pounds. There are numerous water fowl that are in residence year round. Hunting is excellent, comprised of duck, deer, and turkey. Wildlife management areas that are open to the public most are accessable only by boat.
